This research studies the subject of the judicial announcement in terms of the data of the judicial announcement and the methods of delivering the judicial announcement, whether this announcement is through the normal methods of judicial announcement or the special methods of judicial announcement.

 And on the tasks that the bailiff issuing the announcement must follow so that the procedure he performs is not subject to invalidity in terms of delivering the announcement to the person to be served and his signature on the original of the newspaper and the copy of the announcement, so as not to lose the right of the litigants, the basis of the idea of ​​judicial notification is the principle of confrontation between the litigants, Meaning, no action may be taken against a person without enabling him to know about it and giving him the opportunity to defend himself.
