Goals
The journal aims to provide a scholarly platform for researchers to publish outstanding scientific papers. It also seeks to foster knowledge exchange among researchers at both local and regional levels and to advance the academic field by offering researchers an opportunity to present their insights and ideas across various branches of law and Sharia.
Publication began on April 30, 2019. The editorial board strives to advance the journal by publishing research submitted by academics and those interested in scientific inquiry—both from within and outside the university—for purposes such as academic promotion, as well as research submitted by postgraduate students when required for their thesis defense.
The editorial team invites researchers specializing in Sharia and law to contribute to and enrich the journal with their distinguished, original research. The editorial board is committed to facilitating the process for researchers by respecting their rights regarding the evaluation process and access to reviewers' comments. Furthermore, the board ensures that all submissions undergo review by scientific and linguistic committees composed of specialized professors recognized for their academic integrity, expertise, and competence. The editorial board also pledges to uphold publication priority, respect authors' intellectual property rights, and adhere to the highest global standards in publishing and peer review.
