Combating the Economic Exploitation of Children in the Light of International Law and Libyan Legislation (Mukafahat al-Istighlal al-Iqtisadi lil-Atfal fi Daw' al-Qanun al-Dawli wa al-Libi)
Abstract
This research deals with the spread of child labor by attempting to determine its nature and the provisions of international and Libyan law governing it. In a second step, we will specifically address the economic exploitation of children as a non-exclusive element of child labor. In fact, we will see that child labor, according to some points of view and under certain conditions, contributes fully to their education, training, and development.
